TERMS OF SERVICE

Agreement between GMW HOST and Customer rules the planning of services like Web hosting, Web design Domains, SSL certificates and Email Services .This Agreement is effective once Customer signs up for Services through the GMW host.com website. By signing up, each customer agrees to follow with the terms of service listed below.
1. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
GMW can take upto 24 Hrs for account activation for our web hosting plans. Web servers are activated within 1 day in most cases however at times we may need up to 48 hours to activate the service. Dedicated servers are activated within 24 hours if we have the requested hardware in stock. If you command a custom setup we may need more time to deliver it from our vendor. Account may take more time to be activated if it fails the initial verification. In that case, we will contact you with details and steps to complete the verification process.
2. PAYMENTS
You accord to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for Invoices are generated 1-7 days before the renew date of the Services. Customized Hosting provides 7 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 7 days grace period Customized Hosting will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. Customized Hosting will cease Services not paid in full 7 days after the Services have been debarred. If you need your account to be re-activated after it has been ceased for non-payment you will need to pay all renewal invoices since the suspension and a onetime Rs 2000/- reactivation fee. We will fix your data from backups but you will need to re-create manually any MySQL usernames and exclusive right for each of your accounts. Such reactivation is only possible when we still keep a backup of your data on our backup servers. Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal, Payza payments or 2checkout payments or multiple manual payments, cannot be refunded. They overpaid amount will be added as credit to your account which can be used to pay for future invoices.
3. CONTACT INFORMATION
Client agrees to keep his contact data and e-mail on file up to date at all times. GMW HOST will use the e-mail on file to send presentments about brought forth invoices, due invoices, Services suspension, Services termination, new Services purveyed, offers and any other related data. GMW HOST advocates using an external e-mail address so that the Customer can receive messages in case there are troubles with the Services.
4. RESPONSIBILITY OR OBLIGATION
Client is responsible for the subject uploaded to his account. Customer is responsible for the litigates of his customers using accounts within our servers and network. In case GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd terms of service are violated, GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd will suspend the account violating the terms and will advise the Customer via the e-mail on file. GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd will not be maintained responsible for any hurt or damage caused by the use of our services. Customer agrees to use the Service in his own risk.
5. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You can be speak a refund if you place a cancellation request within 7 days of your first order. A refund cannot be pleased for services ordered more than 3 days of your sign up date. The 3 day money back guarantee doesn’t cover Hosting servers, domain name registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses or custom software installs. Customer have to provide a valid reason to request Money Back. infraction of the terms of service will waive the refund policy.
6.UNLIMITED PACKAGE
Fair uses policy is relevant to all Unlimited hosting Packages. Any account, that consumes more than 10 GB of space or 50 GB of Bandwidth per month may be suspended or ceased.
8. COMMUNICATION WITH US
GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd communicates with their clients courteously and with respect. The same is expected from our clients. If a customer is bad-mannered and insults anyone from our staff members then we will warn the customer to be polite and communicate with us properly. If he does it again after he has been warned, a fee of Rs. 5000 will be generated and all his services disabled until the fee is paid in full. GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd will not renew the services of a customer who has affronted our staff members after he has been warned via e-mail.
9. BACKUPS
GMW HOST keeps backup of all files and databases. Customer agrees to use GMW HOST backup service on his own risk. GMW HOST doesn’t guarantee the existence of backups at all times and advocates the Customer to store their own backups at all times.
10. ACCOUNT MIGRATIONS
GMW HOST do free shifts of accounts you want moved to our servers from providers which use C Panel. We do not guarantee the caliber of such transfers and you must verify if your account was moved correctly before you change the name servers. Suppose something is wrong with the account after the move and it wasn’t moved correctly it is your obligation to fix it. In 99% of the transfers there are no problems but we do not guarantee that. We do transfers just because of good manners to our clients.
11. IP ADDRESS ALLOCATION
GMW HOST requires consideration in order to allot a committed IP to the Customer. Valid explanation is SSL installation or installation of a service that requires listening on a separate IP address.
12. NILL TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY
We have a zero tolerance against SPAM. Accounts used to send SPAM will be debarred immediately. If the SPAM sending is repeated the account will be removed from our server. GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd offers a classify service if you need to send thousands of e-mails. Purchased mail lists, opt-in lists will be conceived SPAM. GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to charge a clean up fee the Customer who sent unasked e-mail which caused the IP of our server to be blacklisted for sending SPAM.
13. RESOURCE UTILIZATION
Account on the server cannot use more than the expected CPU or memory resources. If you use too much system resources, you will be notified to take the needed actions. If the usage is too high to keep the server unstable, we will debarred the overloading account so that it doesn’t affect the other clients on the server. Customer agrees not to use the shared hosting service to send bulk e-mail. Mailing lists are let and the customer can send e-mail messages as per our hourly mail limits however those messages cannot be sent 24/7. If you need to send more than 300 mails per month the shared hosting service will not be sufficient.
14. CUSTOMIZED BUNDLE
There is no guarantee that GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd will provide the same package. Its completely depends on the GMW Digital Pvt. Ltd management.
16. OFFER CLAIM
Offer claimed on the first year and interested for further reclamation, can't cancel the current service account and avail a new offer on the same domain within 3 months. However, the service can be ordered for the domain with the actual price within 3 months.
17. DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Registration and domain handiness and completely depends on registry. We check with the registry for the domain availability and after making the payment we send a second request to register the domain. If the domain registration failed for any reason, we process the refund within 24 hours of the transaction and the full amount will be credited to your account.
18. USAGE OF OFFER & PROMO
GMW HOST reserved the right to dismiss/debarred/cancel any order placed with an offer without and/or with reason provided to customer. Also, GMW HOST reserved the right to dismiss/debarred/cancel any service if found to be mis-use of the offer/promotion.
